boyfriend heads to the casino like once or twice a week to play poker. I have told him my concerns and he says that he isnt playing against the casino so its not considered gambling??? I dont get it.. is that not considered gambling? He claims that is how he makes his money and he has won so much in the last few years that he is just good at what he does …. PLEASE.. any advice or opinions on this?????– also should i marry a guy who goes to the casino that much???? thank you!!!!!!!

I wouldn’t want to give my checking account number to anyone, but would you suggest a credit card is safe? Or do you send money from a credit card to a paypal or a net teller account? Or do you use these prepaid all access visa cards? And if you use the visa cards, can you buy these online, or where else do you buy them? Just curious, I might never gamble on line since it still seems riskier to me than a regular casino, but I’ve always been curious how people are doing this. Thanks!

I have a neighbor who has a gambling poker party every thursday night and goes for 6 to 8 hours. They bring their own beer and chips. I know this because I see it as they come in. It has been going on for the past 6 months. Can anything be done about it?

I play like 100 bucks a week in AC in a low limit poker game once a week. I really do love going to the casino as a stress busting method… is this a gambling problem? If I lose my money I stop always. I usualy break even or win however…

I realize there is an element of chance, but stocks has that as well. I have played poker seriously for 3 years and I have realized that it really isn’t gambling if you play it right. In my mind, it is no different than investing, starting a business, etc. Some people don’t see this and think it is gambling like craps or slots. Your thoughts?

A friend of mine plays poker online all the time and our arguement is that if you play a online tournament with a entry fee in the begining and there is no money exchanging on the table that it is not gambling he claims it is not gambling someone please break it down for me i say if you win money at the begining middle or win the whole tournament it is gambling all the way around either way i don’t care cause i don’t play i just want and need to know please and thank you
