How do I go about starting a career in casino security? I’m assuming I will need to go to dealer school first? What’s the next step? Will I need to work as a dealer for awhile to “learn the ropes” or can I move straight into the security side of it?

In addition, anyone have any casino security experience? If so, what’s the job like?
