Is there a gadget which moderates how much electricity voltage it consumes, which could be set higher for more electricity output or lower for less electricity output? I want something that could emit live electrical current which could be set higher or lower at will. How can I do that?
I am looking for really low voltage. Like something that could give me as low as 0.010 amp and I only need as high as maybe 3.000 amperage
