I’m thinking 2010. All we need is for more Big Casino ops like Harrah’s to show they embrace the concept.
It is a good sign indeed. I would still be a bit surprised to see Federal regulations this year, but Harrahs could start operating within states like California.
Vegas is getting ready which has to be a good sign for the industry. I am betting for legislation this year.
